Trans flush, door handle replacement 10/5/2013

Everyone is always up front and hides nothing about what needs to be done. If there is an alternative or something more important than another they will explain the importance. Nice job guys, always a pleasure coming in there. more

Oil pan replaced....Nice Job! 9/30/2013

I would like to thank Jim and the crew for replacing a bad/leaking oil pan I had on a recently purchased used car (2003 Chevy Tracker). I got the car for a good price knowing the oil pan needed replaced. Anyways, when I called to set up the appt., Paul said that it would be about an 8-hr job so we worked out a plan where I dropped off the car on Friday @ 2PM and they would get started and finish things on Saturday, which they did and they even stayed an hour over to get it done. Thanks and it was appreciated cause my daughter needed the car later that evening to get to work and school. Note: I was a bit concerned when I dropped off the car on Friday and found out that only a new oil pan gasket was ordered and not a new replacement oil pan, but Jim did some scrambling and located a new oil pan in St. Clair, MI that they were able to pick up that evening and have in time to complete the work on the following day, just as was planned. Turn Signal Burned Out 9/26/2013

I was in and out in no time, and it was extremely reasonable in price. I hung out for a little while even after my car was ready to catch up with Paul and meet one of his managers. Very friendly people. more

I am always happy to deal with Utica Wear Master. Paul and Jim and the guys out back always take care of me well. I can trust them to recommend what I need done on my car and to do it quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. The work is always top notch and I have no complaints about doing business with them. more

The integrity of Paul (the owner) is of the highest caliber. This is transferred to every aspect of their service. If you do have a problem,see Paul,he will make more than a honest effort to resolve it. This is why,for more than 10 years, I'll drive 15 miles from home to have my vehicles serviced. Always updates you if more work needs to be done. Keeps you informed about work that needs to be done and what the price will be, includes it on your statement. I feel prices are fair. I have referred them to friends and family. more

After an attempted driveway brake repair that didn't hold, we found ourselves with the camper attached and a caliper locked up. Fortunately, we were only a few miles from the shop. As always, Paul and Jim provided great customer service and had us back on vacation in two hours. As always, thanks. more
