This is just a terrific dental practice. Dr.s Pollowitz and Brown are wonderful at what they do and SO very accommodating. I go to them, as do my two young boys, and we all are very pleased. All the staff are incredibly patient and nice to my kids, which has made a huge difference in their comfort level at the dentist. When I have been in a rush and needed to get out at a certain time, they have bent over backwards to make sure I stay on schedule. The office atmosphere is pleasant and the hygenists are fantastic. I highly recommend this practice. more

Altho I was a few minutes late, this was apparently taken in stride, and I was treated well by the hygienist who was waiting for me. I believe I had an excellent cleaning. My only negative comment is that it seemed that if I had not asked for a bit more work to remove stains, with the use of the cavitron, I don't think this would have been tried. Altho the dentist's exam was quick, hopefully it was thorough. more

Everybody is so good at Dr. Pollowitz and Brown's Washington Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. All the staff are really professional, thorough, and sensitive to patients' interests and comfort above all. They took great care of me today, answered all my questions with detailed information and the most up-to-date knowledge. Everyone is very well trained and effective at doing their jobs, and I know they get retraining regularly to keep up with new advances. They are also great at advising the patients about what we can do to take care of our teeth and gums day to day, which is the key to long-term health and saves money (and teeth!). The hygienists and the dentist all spent every bit of time with me that I needed for the procedures and consultation, which I really appreciated. And they only recommended what was necessary, nothing extra beyond what I was scheduled for and what I need which is wonderful. I felt as if I could trust the doctor and hygienists to give me the best counsel for my health and well-being which I really appreciate. They work together really well, seem to love their work, and are unfailingly friendly and courteous. And they remembered my birthday with a friendly greeting and a gift from Bath and Body Works. Thank you everybody! more

This was a "routine checkup". But as has consistently been the case since my second visit to the Washington Center for Cosmetic Dentistry years ago, Drs. Brown and Pollowitz and their staff made me feel like family (we were just getting acquainted during my first visit). I was in and out of the office efficiently (no waiting--as is always the case), and left in a better mood than when I went in (and I wasn't particularly unhappy when I arrived). This is, hands down, the best dentist practice I have ever experienced. more

I dread the dentist, dread even more getting a filling. I was there for two fillings. It was painless and easy ..the best dental experience I've had. Additionally, everyone is concerned with the patient's needs, comfort. more
