I do not consider the service provided to me to have been quick, thorough or 'cost saving' - in any measure of the terms commonly thought-of.\r

Had a 'Check Engine' light, so I made an appointment for Tuesday, and dropped the truck off early. No calls to me whatsoever that day, so finally I called them - to hear that the diagnosis PC/machine was not working, and they might get to it tomorrow...\r

Waited all day Wednesday, and finally got a call around 3:30-4:00 PM, stating that there was a problem with the fuel system, requiring a replacement part. I indicated that if that was what was necessary, I would approve it.\r

Finally got a call Thursday afternoon, saying that the truck was ready - and I picked it up Friday Morning.\r

Now, my problem(s) with the diagnosis and what was done:\r
- Diagnosis was almost $160. I don't know what their rates are, but this seems extreme just to plug it in to a PC and have the truck tell you what's wrong with it.\r
