Although I do sympathize with the person below, I could not disagree more! \r
I love this store! It is a large and clean facility and has everything I need. Sara is an amazing person and her service is what keeps me coming back. She is constantly giving me discounts and freebies and if there's something I need that the store doesn't have, she go out of her way to get it for me. Not saying that she does this to everyone, but if you befriend her she will take GREAT care of you. \r

Regarding the issues Shavonne might have had, like I said this is a LARGE store, and she is pretty much the only person to run it. Also, on top of this a lot of companies (especially hair companies) are raising their prices for wholesale which in turn naturally increases the prices of the products in the store. Although her husband works with her, she is the person most familiar with the products and their prices. It could be that she was too busy to go through and change the prices NOT because of negligence but because she is constantly busy helping customers. There could have also have been a language barrier that could have added to that conflict. \r
I only say this because it saddens me that she had a terrible experience there. From my years of experience, they are wonderful people and I am constantly recommending this place to everyone I know! \r
