i was always taught customer was # one. i have been staying here since july 19th 2009. i know sometime language can be a little problem but i have been to other countries and respect cultures. it is like if i ask for something i am a not understood or a problem. i been here 4mos.planning on other 5=7mos, i would just like to talk to someone acts like they are interwested in me as a customer. thank you vern souder
