My first experience at this store was great. The sales staff answered all my questions in a way that made me think that their phones and plans were perfect. Clearly, it was too good to be true.
Every return offers the same expected wait, but when you are greeted by a sales rep, they could care less about any of your problems. They tell you that it's too bad that their staff lied about phones that glitch. They are unapologetic about any problems you may have in any way, shape, or form. They play games, saying that hardware problems are all in your head instead of referring you to a hardware specialist. And every time you come back, you leave feeling like Verizon wants you to cancel you account. I have even brought this up in store and they merely shrug. Is this customer service?
While in my experience, Verizon offers the best coverage in my area, clearly customer service is lacking. I hope this store is closed down and all their employees are let go.
