I went in for a oil change, the next day I was headed out of town. My car was cutting out and running rough. I had to stop and have my car looked at on the way. I informed them what the issue was. I was informed the location in Red Bank put WAY to much oil in. On my next oil change this weekend I had had to pay to have my radiator flushed because they put windshield washer fluid in the radiator. POOR service, I would not trust this location with any car! \r GO SOME WHERE ELSE! more

Trying to say something nice but I am ill due to the crap yo 4/5/2012

I was trying to say something nice about your VIOC on Dayton Blvd. but I have spent 20 min.s filling out a bunch of crap so you can bombard my email address with useless crap.\r Anyway, I am a former owner of a 3 bay fast lube I featured Castrol GTX and Valvoline. Today I drove by your store and the bays were empty but 3 techs. were standing close to a busy intersection holding a sign. The sign was black with white letters on a 3 foot pole. It said"" NO WAIT"", Great idea lets people know that you want to earn their business. People are scared to come into a fast lube of any kind because we let them know whats going on with their automobile but they think we just try to get their cash and run. NOT TRUE more
