Val-U Car

Been a customer here for a while now... bout 3 years. Payed off my first car, traded it in and now I got me a little truck. I'm very happy with everything from this dealership. They have treated me very kind and respectful everytime I have been there or called. I make all my payments in the dealership and wouldnt have it any other way. I will never buy a car elsewhere!!!! more

I just love Val-U Car. I have only positive things to say about this business, because they have always treated me with respect. I have never been late on a payment, and in fact strive to be early on all my payments. I look forward to coming in every other week to pay my car note, because the cashiers are so friendly. I just payed my car off that I bought at Val-U Car. It took 2 1/2 years and I finally payed it off. For now I am content with my little Cruiser, but when it comes time to trade I will return to Val-U car to do business. I have no complaints with this dealership. Every time I come here to make my payments I leave happier then I arrived. Even when I call. I swear they have the nicest cashiers I've ever dealt with. Very polite and professional, and they will do anything in their power to make sure you are happy. With customer service this great it's no wonder they are doing so well. I have spoke with most of the sales team, and I really like them all as well. I will absolutely stay a loyal customer to this dealership, regardless what anyone else says. Being treated with respect at a car dealership means alot, and the staff at Val-ucar know it. I will never go to another car lot as long as I live. I walked in and was approved for a loan, shortly after choosing the little PT Cruiser that I ended up buying. The entire process took about four hours, and now I have the right ride for me. So I just found this website...(judy's book)... and I just love to write reviews! Soooo here I am! First up on the roster is Val-ucar in gainesville fl. Listen this place isnt your ordinary used car dealership. This place is huge, with tons of different styled vehicles to choose from along with some of the most professional staff members I've ever seen. When you walk through the front door, you enter a big beautiful showroom, with black mirror tile and very nice high end cars. Like when I went in there, they had a Lotus and a Mazerati!!! But don't let that fool you, there is a huge amount of affordable cars such as Nissan Altimas, Volkswagens, F150's, Vans, Cars Trucks.... well you get it! This place is also cool because they care so much about the customer. They have a movie lounge as a waiting room.... now I know you all know the old traditional waiting rooms.... hard chairs, and old magazines blah! Well the movie room here is freaking awesome!!! Big, black, fluffy, comfy, awesome leather couches and a big flat screen tv to watch all the newest movies! WHAT!?! And all you have to do to get started is go there!!! If your looking for a car, and dont want to be haggled, and left high and dry in a car you cant even afford.... GO TO VAL_U CAR!!!!! I dont think it's even possible to regret it!!! more
