I got a puppy a few years back and I immediately set about finding a good vet. Lo and behold, I found a great one just a few blocks from my house. The VCA is well-qualified, clean, and knowledgeable about all the current condition, medicines, and problems. They are helpful in reminding you of appointments and when shots and check ups are due. They even help out over the phone when you have a question or two. The nurses are friendly and helpful and so are most of the doctors, even though there are a few that appear grumpy and unhappy to be around animals . . . strange for a vet. The place is sterile and not as comfortable as it could be, but I am not looking for a Holiday Inn, but a competent provider of health care for my pup. I get that and more.
PROS: Great service, convenient location
CONS: Sterile, uncomfortable at times
