Dr. Smith is fantastic with our cat and dog. She takes the time to look them over, explain options to us, guide us in a direction that will be optimal for our pets and respectful of our pocket book, is never rushed, never pushy about food, medications, supplements or services. She's friendly and quite likeable. The office is clean and contagious animals are separated from the healthy ones. The only cons are these, and they're OFFICE related, not DR. related: the hold times when calling are atrocious (I've been on hold for 30 minutes or more several times) and the reception team can be difficult to deal with over the phone, especially when trying to get your pet in with something that isn't considered an emergency by them, but isn't exactly something that should wait for a day or three before your pet sees a dr. Be prepared to take "walk in" appointments and sit for an hour or more if your pet/situation falls into that "non-emergency" category, but shouldn't wait for the "next available" appointment time, either. The highly recommended goes to the DR. AND CARE, NOT THE RECEPTION TEAM.
