I had a picture shipped from The UPS Store in Peabody, MA. It was never shipped. When I called and inquired about it, it was finally shipped a week later. Upon receipt, the picture was damaged with the glass missing from it. The owner, Paul, stated that he would pay for the damage. When I sent him the price quote from my local Michaels Craft Store, he didn't agree with the quote and is now refusing to pay for the damage that was caused by his employees. I would travel down the street to another UPS store and avoid this one at all costs, unless you want your package damaged. The site required me to give it 1 star. The store doesn't deserve it.
