Recently I had my 7 year old Dixie Septic Tank of Deland, Florida, installed by Tri-County Septic of Orange City, Florida, removed because of a 8 foot long crack along the bottom of the tank ( where the wall meet the floor). I contacted Dixie Septic, they would replace my tank for $1800.00. I called Tri- County twice but never got a call back.
After my new Florida Septic Tank installed by Alan's Plumbing of Deland, Florida. I shot a video of the failed tanks removal. I sent this video to Dixie Septic and in a letter they stated, ""Our policy is when a tanks are installed by or delivered we no longer responsible for them"".
