had some work done at this shop, it failed multiple times. they were behind it at first and attempted to get it correct but was unsuccessful, to where they told me I should junk the vehicle. Not taking that advice after a lot of money being paid out for something they couldn't seem to get right, I took it to another mechanic, although I had to fork out 2000 more dollars it is now fixed and running better than ever. Tri City shop is good for minor things but not for bigger issues and didn't offer to reimburse or pay a portion of the bill from the other mechanic that has had me on the road for a while now.
