we had a 730 reservaation on an obviously busy saturday night. when we saw the 630 reservations getting seated at 720 pm we knew trouble was at hand. we even arrived a half hour early and ended up waiting till about 815 pm to get seated. we had an 88 yo great grandmother with us and it got very very uncomfortable waiting in the super crowded overstuffed lobby full of waiting patrons with reservations and insufficient seating. the hostess, upon hearing the suggestion that maybe they overbooked suggested not at all, we will be seated in a few minutes. very patronizing and insulting. the wait staff told us this is how they do business. once seated we were next to the utensil closet and had to deal with a racket of metal utensils being put in and refilled by the bus boys. the seat seemed created and pushed into the corner to create more customer income. what a pia. the food was good. they use the usairways reservation system near as I could tell only there were no offers of free future meals for anyone willing to give up their overbooked reservations. Overall a very unpleasant evening. i feel this is a manifestation of a restaurant with good food and really greedy owners/managers doing their best to squeeze as many patrons as possible into a very unpleasant restaurant. dont go! more

The restaurant building is nice and that's as far as the good stuff goes. The owner is rude, nasty and completely unfair in all aspects. This restaurant is not very large and either they don't know how to manage reservations or they intentionally make people wait so it always looks crowded. \r Unfortunately, we had our Grandson's Christening party at this restaurant and it was a fiasco from the get go! We rented a room for a specified amount of time and when we arrived at the restaurant, there were people still eating in the room we rented...we had to wait for them to finish, but even before our time was up, they almost pushed us out the door! We paid more for each meal than the cost on the menu, but each meal was a cut down version....a little more than half of what you get when ordering from the menu. A couple invited guests never made it to the restaurant and the owner still charged us for their meals, which was exorbitant to begin with. One of our guests complained that her food was very salty and the owner argued the point with her. Other people tasted it and agreed, but the owner was nasty and would not concede that the food was too salty. On top of all that, the servers were not friendly at all. They looked angry and when someone asked for more water, bread, coffee or soda, they had to wait a long time. The coffee cups were filled half way and was hardly warm and the cold drinks were mostly ice. \r Our Grandson's Christening party should have been a happy, memorable occassion, but having it at this restaurant turned it into an embarassing event that cost us a fortune! My family and friends will NEVER set foot in this place again! All of the bad reviews are right on!\r more

I love this restaurant. When I worked at a bank, the owner would come in every day. He was the nicest man, and truly an Italian so you know the food is going to be just as good! It's a great BYO and if you are looking for a tasty meal, go here! more

Trattoria Giuseppe is a great Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are pretty reasonable. It's a BYOB. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, so it's good to have a reservation but even if you have to wait, it's worth it. My one complaint would be that seating is a bit cramped if you sit inside. However, the food more than makes up for that. It's a great place to go with friends or on a date. more

Even with reservation we had to wait to be seated but it was well worth the wait. My salad was the special of the night and it contained pears. It was fabulous, as was my meal. When the waiters mentioned dessert, I thought I couldn't eat another bite. But somehow our group managed to finish 3 desserts.It is a BYOB, with fast friendly service.A place worth visiting. more

This restaurant is fabulous. The specials were fresh and steamy. We sat outside and it was just beautiful. Nice variety on the menu. The seafood was fresh too. more
