This is my first car from this dealership, and they did a very good job. My sales is Hossam Elsarawy who is as far as I can tell, the most knowledgeable and actually honest car salesman that I have ever known, not only he gave me a incredible deal but also made the whole process very enjoyable. wonderful location. parking was excellent. Hossam Elsarawy we're super friendly and went out of there way to make me feel at home. that's the Toyota experience I've come to know and love. he was excellent explaining the mechanical issue with just enough detail that i could fully comprehend the problem. the costs were fair for new jersey. great location, huge facility. happy customer more

where do I start 2 weeks ago me and my husband was looking around best car deal for our daughter who is leaving for College soon, we went to Toyota universe and I didn't regret go there free popcorn for my little one . Walking into Toyota Universe is like being welcomed into a family. My mom and I came in to look for a new car and the process was great.
