Bought a new Cub Cadet I1046 Zero Turn Mowerfrom this place. I bought Cub Cadet thinking I was paying for a good product....NOT!\r
\r
With twenty hours on the machine the transmission belt came off -got chewed up and needed replaced. $150.00 later and a 50.00 pick-up fee the machine lasted another twenty hours and the same thing happened again. Of course, none of it covered under warranty. The many conversations I had with this gentleman is always a ""Stick gets caught in the pulley and slips the belt"".....I'm thinking ""WTF, it's a lawnmower and lawns have sticks""??\r
\r
This second time, I trailered it myself to save the fifty bucks, \r
\r
I paid 2500.00 for this machine and it has now needed two transmission belts with only 40 hours on it, has now cost me close to 300.00 to fix....BS!\r
\r
Finally, the machine was repaired, i went to pick it up, took one of my 6 month old Russian Import Dobermans with me insode. I walked in the door, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude saying ""We don't allow dogs in here""...Funny, I didn't see a sign on the door. Ya know, I have been so angry over this piece of junk, it took everything to contain myself. I ignored him, He again was rude, again, I ignored him and said to the lady ""I just want to pick up my tractor"", paid for it, loaded it and left.\r

This experience with them and this machine has been a friggin nightmare. Did I mention my grass is now 3 feet high? I was better off with the junk mower I got rid of too buy this CC, at least I could work on the old one.\r
\r
While I thought I was buying a good machine, later research revealed that CC is now owned by the same manufacture that makes all of the other junk in the big box stores....MTD. The internet CC reviews are horrendous,....wheels that pop off, hoods that fall off and the list goes on and on. at one point I even entertained the idea of a trade-in....that was a fleeting thought...Nope!!\r
\r
I considered seeking legal counsel, even spoke with a Lemon Law Atty and they told me to file a complaint with the PA Attorney General's Office. I now have this machine for sale on Craigslist with 40 hrs on itand bought a good Husqvarna YTH24v42LS to replace this.\r
\r
Never, ever, will I buy another CC, nor will I deal with these people again....absolutely refuse! Chats I have had online with people in the industry when explaining the entire scenario relate it to very bad service...and I have to agree.\r
\r
With the power of the internet, competing big box stores, garbage merchandise level of service and rudeness I recieved, it will not be long before they are out of business. Beaver County is very small and we remember.\r
\r
I am already done with Town and Country.....now if I can unload this piece of garbage from my trailer, I certainly will be happy. My new tractor is in at the end of the week, I will wait for it to arrive to cut my 3 feet high grass....Thanks, Cu Cadet. I don't even want to start this thing, think I'll coast it off and let it set before it has the chance to break down again.\r
\r
For real though, if you are entertaining getting a good mower, they are out there. Husqvarna, Bad Boy, Hustler, Easton, etc, much better machines and better warranties.\r
