Total Health Integrated Services

I've been to this place on two occasions, the first was walk-in, the next by appt. The walk-in visit I waited 3 hours to be seen. It was a walk-in so I expect some wait. The next visit was by appt, and I still waited about an hour and a half to see somebody. The staff was unprofessional, and when I finally saw a doctor, he comes in wearing blue jeans and motorcycle boots. The doctor was equally unprofessional and very not thorough. I felt like they were trying to rush me out to move on. I had to get a test done, but they said they could not book me for two weeks. I went somewhere else and got the test done the next day and had the results faxed to the doctors office. After calling every day for the next week to find out what the results were, I eventually got fed up and sent them somewhere else. The next place gave me immediate feedback on the results of the test. I still haven't heard back from Total Health on the results of my test two weeks later. I called to file a complaint but nobody cared. Later I looked up the doctor there, and it turns out he's had his license revoked multiple times. Bottom line: This place is complete chaos. I don't know what the problem is here, but it is unprofessional on every level. I would not trust the medical opinion of anyone in this office. Even if its cheap, is your health really worth saving $20 on? Cons: Horrible more

Total Health is horrible! They advertise as a place you can walk in, but forget it. I've gone there twice---waited nearly 3 hours the first time & 2 hours the second time & never got in. I was so sick I couldn't even sit up--had to lie down on the couch between crawling to their bathroom & throwing up & with horrible stomach pains. After 2 hours, I finally went in their bathroom and passed out on the floor. When I got up, I went to the desk and told her I was too sick to wait anymore & I needed to go home. You would think anyone who was the slightest bit professional might have indicated how much longer I would have to wait. Their receptionist just handed back my check without a word. I'm sorry, but that's a low-quality ""We're here for a profit and don't give a damn about our clients"" kind of place. I ended up in the hospital that night with an IV in my arm because I was so dehydrated that my entire body was cramping to where I could barely walk. Doctors in the area say the same thing about Total Health---DON'T GO! One doctor told me that the doctors at Total Health are not even allowed to use the hospital, so if you end up in the hospital and are expecting a visit from one of them--forget it! It's disorganized---they don't have enough doctors working there to deal with the # of patients. Their waiting room is crammed full of people coughing and hacking. If you go in there with a simple rash, you know after 2 hours of sitting with those people, you're coming out with Bubonic Plague! It's a place for low-income people who need to save a buck and can't afford quality care. Pros: Cheap! Cons: Poor Quality EVERYTHING! more
