I ordered a diamond online from them and dealt with Vincent. He charged my card and then when I was suppose to have the diamond he gave me every excuse on how fedex wouldn't insure to Michigan and flat out lied about 4 different things more

One Stop Shop! 10/13/2011

I've lived in Williamsburg for a very long time, and Tivoli jewelers has always been my go-to place! If I need a Pandora charm as a gift, I know they have it. If I need a nice watch, I know they have it. I also know, if they don't have it they will get it! The staff is very knowledgeable, and can help me with anything I need. I am so happy Tivoli jewelers is around, and I cannot wait to stop in again! more

I noticed many dealers are buying their jewelry from isaybid and reselling on craigslist for 10-20 times the amount. Check isaybid for quality jewelry for pennies on the dollar! more

If there are any Pandora collectors out there then you know it?s tough to find the beads you?re looking for. Tivoli is a Gold Dealer so they have the entire collection in stock. It looks like you would pay more because of the fancy d?cor but the beads sell for the same price everywhere you go. It?s worth the time it takes looking for a parking spot. more

Several times I have shopped around on some Items I was looking for and, Tivoli Jewelers has beaten the price every time. Apples To Apples they are the best. I've found they have the original brands not the knock off brands everyone else is pushing. more

I found the right place 8/27/2010

I went in to Tivoli not knowing exactly what I wanted and I ended up learning so much about the jewelry making process. They spent a lot of time with me going over different pictures and designs. In the end they showed me models made of wax which I found fascinating. The ring they made my fianc?e is a one of a kind and she absolutely loves it. more

What a great find!! 3/7/2010

This place is amazing! I have been searching around everywhere for a new watch. I came to Tivoli because a friend gave them a high recommendation. My friend was correct! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out a beautiful Movado watch! It is exactly what I was looking for and I will have it for years! I also ended up purchasing a gorgeous ring. I could not help myself they had so many special pieces!!! I cannot wait to come back and buy something special for myself again!!!!! more

Great Selection at Affordable Prices 3/4/2010

I always go to Tivoli Jewelers when it's time to pick up a gift for my girlfriend or myself. Their selection is unique, they cater to every budget, and the staff is always helpful if I'm not sure what to choose. I always search around for the best price before spending my money and Tivoli Jewelers always comes up on the top of my list. I highly recommend! Pros: very low prices and a unique collection more

My Girlfriend loves Tacori and after some research I found a great place that has it.They carry such a large selection of Tacori engagement rings and not only did they help me find the perfect ring for her, they also assisted me with finding the perfect diamond, at a great price. Largest Bridal selection Ive Seen Yet 1/25/2010

I spent what felt like weeks on the computer researching diamonds on every website so that I would know what to buy and at what price. It turns out I would have saved a lot of time if I would have gone to Tivoli first. They explained to me everything it took weeks to learn in about ten minutes. What?s even better is that I was able to learn actually looking at diamonds with the Ideal scope. They helped me find an ideal cut diamond at the lowest price.
