Time Warner Cable (TWC) is a complete failure. They scheduled to meet me at my home for installation. I had to take time off for 1 hour. The technician called and informed he is going to be late by an hour. So, waited for 2 hours and then, 3. I lost pay for the entire afternoon.All this while, I tried reaching TWC customer service and the technician. Technician does not pick up the call. TWC customer services takes down info and says will call me. The next day, I called again and the customer service agent speaks to the customer all to tell me that they will just reschedule me. Will they show up this time?
