Time Warner Cable (TWC) is a complete failure. They scheduled to meet me at my home for installation. I had to take time off for 1 hour. The technician called and informed he is going to be late by an hour. So, waited for 2 hours and then, 3. I lost pay for the entire afternoon.All this while, I tried reaching TWC customer service and the technician. Technician does not pick up the call. TWC customer services takes down info and says will call me. The next day, I called again and the customer service agent speaks to the customer all to tell me that they will just reschedule me. Will they show up this time? more

Worst Customer Service in Texas 10/3/2011

Time Warner Cable is a joke....no service at all.....there motto is ""We'll do business when we are ready"". The company could care less about what the consumer really think about their organization. TWC had been requesting for months that I come back to them for services......I decide to give them my business......and from there the service went to below an unacceptable level. The company failed to meet their installation dates promised and failed horribly in their services to correct the blunder on their part.....it then became my problem and TWC just told me to cancel the order. Don't know that I have ever been told to cancel an order by the company receiving the request, but I am happy to cancel the order and take my business to another vendor. AT&T and Direct TV understand the importance of customer service....and they understand that the consumer deserves the upmost respect in the business dealing. more

Absolutely the WORST company I've ever done business with. We had problems with faulty equipment, inexperienced repairmen, & ignorant customer service staff. We cancelled our account with them when an error with their billing system resulted in a service charge on our account that they would not refund (even though their telephone service division owed us money). The ultimate in HORRIBLE customer service!!! more

IME WASTER CABLE! 7/13/2008

My new name for them is TIME WASTER CABLE!! Customer service is so poor that I spent a total of 5 hours this past week - mostly on hold, being transferred to here and there. They start from square one every time. We have had our internet drop off several times a day since they took over Comcast. Nothing they have done has worked yet - new $75 direct line, 3 modem tradeouts...we have to switch to dsl.\r more

TWC Is no bueno 3/24/2008

I have constant conectivity problems. The tech support on the phone operate out of a book and knows nothing about the systems. Wait time to get an indivual out to help you repair TWC systems 4 to 5 days (but the will connect you same day). When the tech come they call let the phone ring once and cancelled the appointment. Appointments are during working hours so take the day off work. When the problem is fix they do not know what was fixed but its fixed now call us if it happens again. (call and wait 4 to 5 more days and anthor day off work, but they never show up because they had an outage 2 days ago and cancelled all apointments and didnt tell you. TWC has no customer service. DO NOT GET THEM Pros: they are everywhere Cons: they dont provide service when it is needed more
