Thee Nanny Service

Being a first time mom, I wanted to make sure I had a nanny agency picked out before my son was born. I filled out the application online and paid the $150 application fee in March(08). Since I didn't need the nanny to start until July I was told that I would be contacted in May or June to start interviewing nannies. I started calling at the end of May and left MANY messages. No one ever called me back and at that time their website was also not working. I had to go with another agency and start all over again...this time in a rush. Do not trust this company...I have also since heard from other people that they had similar experiences. Pros: None! Cons: Unprofessional, Took Application Fee and Didn't Return Calls/Provide Nanny more

She does not return calls very unprofessional and would not recommend her for any nanny or family!!! Pros: Does not return calls very poor service Cons: Take your business elsewhere if you need excellent service. more
