Do not rent from Aquaholics. The owner is rude and has no customer service. He'll appear nice prior to your rental and afterwards, he'll charge you for damage that was already done to the boat prior to your rental. They told me the damage was there and still charged me for it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. more

Great Customer Service 5/7/2011

I rented a pontoon boat from Aquaholics. The boat was brand spanking new!! The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a ride right down to the docks on one of their courtesy carts. The staff on the water was very helpful accommodating all of our needs. I would definately recommend using Aquaholics!! more

My boyfriend and I rented from these guys and they are jerks. Don't waste your money, the boats are not in good shape. more

Horrible experience 4/19/2007

I rented a boat with these guys and they are horrible! The boat was in bad shape and there were certain things included in the contract but not on the boat (lifejackets, anchor, etc etc) but you don't know this until after you've driven the boat way out on the lake. They refused to give any discount after not following through on their end and even scoffed at the suggestion. They said they had our money and that was it! I will NEVER rent a boat from them again! I recommend Daybreak Boat Rentals at Carlos n Charlies. They are very friendly and customer-service oriented. more
