This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an on line retailer.\r
My wife and I ordered a futon complete set on line from the futon shop and stipulated that we needed weekend or evening delivery. We were called (after being charged for and paying for the product) by the transport company and told that the product could only be delivered on a weekday from 1-5. We tried to reach The Futon Shop and got no response. We changed our plans for Columbus day to get the product delivered, waited all day and the product came shattered. We called and told them that we were refusing delivery as they had not shipped us a usable product and we asked for a full refund of our money. The company was very rude to me when I did not respond happily to them. They would not refund my money and I was told to take it up with American Express. We have no product and no refund. Hopefully, Amex will resolve the issue.
Pros: They have an 800 number
Cons: Rudeness, Untruthfulness, Lack of Commitment to Quality, Irresponsible
