Was disappointed in the service and food here. It had been recommended as one of the best Thai restaurants in the northern Chicago area. The restaurant itself was very pretty, clean, and surprisingly large. It should have tipped us off that it was nearly empty when we went in. The Pad Thai lacked lime; even the cheaper places usually give you at least a lemon slice. It took a bit of doing to find any ground peanuts in the dish. It just didn't have much flavor, and the traditional condiments were not brought to the table or offered. My husband ordered a noodle dish with broccoli and beef, and it was flavorless. Service was slow and the waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than waiting tables.
Pros: Good Location, Nice Atmosphere
Cons: Flavorless Food, Slow Service
