My husband surprised me the other day for a late lunch...we drove from Sacramento to the Steak house. We had been there some years ago and loved it...We usually go to the Outback in Roseville for a nice steak dinner at least 3 times a month...BUT never again...Sean was our waiter and what a great waiter he was..fun and right on our needs, but not overly clingy...answered our questions and kept the drinks and bread flowing...The Steaks...20 oz rib eye bone in..beyond fabulous...the taste...oh my...to die for..What a fabulous experience...stuffed to the gills..Thanks Sean...we will see you soon....Outback..bye bye...!!!! You are a joke... more

great steak, worth the drive! 2/26/2009

We were looking for a good steak so we checked the internet and read the reviews, and drove from Lodi. The steak was great. The service was very friendly and the price wasn't too bad. Actually, it was less than I thought. Peanuts were fun and the butter for the rolls was awesome! We left STUFFED! Can't wait to go again!! more

Best Steak Ever 9/16/2007

This place has the best steak I have ever eaten. I ordered the Filet Mingon and it was so tender that I didn't need a knife to cut it. The mashed potatoes and gravy are also to die for. If a good steak is what you're after this is the place to get it. The only bad thing is it's always noisy and very crowded. I tried to call ahead of time to reserve a table (they offer this service, however, they do not stand by it), and when I got there they still made my party wait an hour. The food made up for it, though. more

Good steaks, fun atmosphere, incredible bread. 11/19/2006

You will die for their oven fresh warm bread. Buckets of peanuts for you to crunch on. Good selections of steaks. Pros: Good food and bread. Cons: Too noisy, long wait time. more
