Sony stereo repair 1/19/2010

I have a fairly old but a hi-end Sony audio receiver. At one point sound started to get a little distorted to a point it was unpleasant to listen. I have taken it initially to place in Manhattan (downtown) for diagnostic. I've never met anyone more rude than a person talking to me at that place. They literally talk down on me. To make it short i have found this place in Brooklyn, nothing fancy but those guys really know their stuff. Very pleasant service and my receiver sounds great. Sometimes you don't have to stray far from your home to get it right. Great work Teletron. Pros: Great quality service more

Great, competent service 1/18/2010

My PC was serviced by those guys over the weekend. At first I was apprehensive of having someone I did not know, working on my computer, but what a pleasant surprise it was, the way the business was handled!!! Saved mu PC 12/24/2009

It is not the first time Teletron has been helping me and doing a terrific job. This time however it was a bad virus that paralyzed my PC. In 1 day they brought my PC back to health and with great calm and patience hooked me up again to the internet. For all the work and the fact that they picked up and delivered I thought the $99 were a steal. Thank you guys! Pros: Exellent service more

My computer network 12/21/2009

I can highly recommend the Teletron. I had a wireless + wired network set up, wired+wireless printing from different points, a spyware & malware removed from my PCs. Their tech is very professional, courteous, and prompt. He has a wealth of knowledge and has fixed all of my computer related issues thru the years. I will never again call the ""techs"" from big-box retail stores.Teletron is far superior, and in the long run more cost effective, since he gets the job done correctly the first time. Pros: Very professional service Cons: non that I know of more

we priced around for laptop repair and this was the least expensive option. they picked up and returned the laptop in less than 2 days (pick-up and delivery is free) I'd use this service again. Pros: Fast quality service Cons: closed on Sundays more
