I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would be ready in 6 weeks. I paid cash up front for them. It was 12 weeks before I saw them. They shipped them to me and they didn't fit. Drove to Houston to be remeasured. Another month and boots still didn't fit. Shipped back for another month and recieved them again...Still don't fit. Drove to Houston yet again to be remeasured. STILL NO BOOTS. Owner refuses to answer email, refuses to answer or return calls. No boots, no refund. I'll never make this mistake again. Don't pay for what you might never get. more

Interesting place with great service and quality 2/18/2006

This tiny boot shop is a one stop shop for all your leather, shoe, wallet, boot or purse needs. Mike, the owner and head chief, says it himself, Tejas boots can make anything and do anything. Just tell them what you want. Whether it is a pair of boots from scratch, you pick the leather, design, whatever, or you just need a pair of shoes fixed, this is the place to go. I had the heels replaced and my boots refurbished for $15 a pair. They looked brand new when I picked them up. This place is great for all your shoe or leather needs. more
