My mother is very old and can easily get lost. Thanks to Taxi!Taxi! I can let her go to the doctor by herself. The driver helps her to get in and out of the cab, waits for her in front of the clinic, and takes her home (they know her pick location and destination in the database). They give me special vouchers so that I can pay the total bill in the end of the month. We appreciate your service so much. Thank you more

Ver Honest Drivers! 5/25/2011

Taxi!Taxi! has very honest drivers. I lost my wallet in their car. In few hours I picked it up from their office. All my credit cards and money were in the wallet. Thank you Taxi!Taxi! Good to have you in Santa Monica! more

The best Taxi! 5/23/2011

I was lucky to flag a Taxi!Taxi! cab in the street. It was raining heavily and I didn't have my umbrella. The Taxi!Taxi! driver was very polite! He turned on the heater to maximum to get me warm, and he was probably dying from heat.:) The car was surprisingly clean and comfortable, and the driver was dressing neat. Moreover, the driver gave me a lot of useful information about the points of interest in the area and about Santa Monica (when it is not raining :). I never called any other company after. Besides they have a very easy phone number to remember 310-444-4444 ! Thank you Taxi!Taxi! You are THE BEST!!! more

Best Taxi 5/23/2011

I was able to use my credit card for a short ride and driver didn't complain. I felt very secure because they have a credit card terminal the back seat and the driver didn't need to see my credit card. more

I felt like a celebrity when I called Taxi Taxi, and the dispatcher answered ?Hello Monica?. They knew my information from phone ID and asked me if I?m ready to get picked up from home or work, and read my address to me. Great service, I like the personal touch and friendly dispatchers. more

I chose Taxi!Taxi! because I can create a prepaid account and don’t worry about paying for every ride. At the end of the month they send me the summary and current balance. Very convenient and makes it easy to track your expenses. Thank you! more

Overpriced 11/11/2008

Do not take this taxi service unless you are rich and can afford it. I took a cab from Santa Monica to Hollywood and paid $100. The driver notified me that it was the most expensive cab service because they pay office fees and they charge more per the mile Pros: Arrived fast Cons: too expensive more
