Tasca Latin Bistro is a lively new restaurant on State Bridge Road in Johns Creek where chef/owner Rogerio Martins plays with the flavors of South America and the Caribbean. This casual fine dining atmosphere is filled with bright colors, contemporary art and Moravian Star pendant lights, which create a romantic energetic glow. Tasca Latin Bistro serves up a American Latin Fusion menu with influences from Brazil, Spain, Cuba, Peru, and Chile and offers as many small plates as entrees. Tapas offerings include scallop ceviche, citrus pork taquitos, and a duck and wild mushroom quesadilla with havarti-dill cheese.
