Taco Tierra

i can't say that I can find a taco place with cheap food that will taste better than this place! Especially when I am sure that the food is well prepared and handled and ACTUALLY COOKED by the employees that work there! You know Taco Bell doesn't even cook the meat they serve, they get it from who knows where and just warm it up. Thats sick. Taco Tierra is a jewel! A great place to go, there are always smiling faces ready to make my tacos, and the FISH TACOS-- I live for FRIDAYS at TACO TIERRA. I love it! The workers are proud of how well your food is made and strive to get it to you right and fast! Free refills, oh the hot sauce, and genuine customer service at a not-so-common fast food restaurant. You can't pull me away from this place!! (oh yeah, i absolutely loooooooveeee the nacho, tell me... what FAST FOOD taco place do you know that makes their nacho from scratch?? b/c I dunno.. I do know that the apples, all of the sauces offered, the chili, the beans, the meat, the chips, shells, etc..are all prepared personally by the employees! you think they do that at taco johns? or taco bell?? heck no, they're into making money, not loyal patrons). VIVA LA TACO TIERRA!!!! more

The former Hardee’s on Green River Road is now Taco Tierra Mexican- American food. A group of us went there a few weeks ago. The atmosphere still feels like a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and they make your food right away. The food is cheap- $3 lunch specials and $5.49 dinner specials. The problem is that the food tastes cheap as well. The nacho sauce appeared to come straight out of a can. There was nothing wrong with our visit but there are better places for cheap Mexican food. more
