When our a/c broke T Webber was very professional and helpful in resolving the problem. The customer service rep who answered the phone was always pleasant and helpful. Paul came out to diagnose the issue. He was knowledgeable and articulate about the options. The entire team was very pleasant and helpful. Honest, kind, knowledgable 5/11/2015

John Nielsen is an excellent plumber. I have had two experiences with him. He is prompt, fixed my problem quickly and efficiently, and was honest about what parts of my very old house needed immediate help, and which parts could wait. He has decades of experience and was able to advise me in terms I could understand. I was most impressed with his kind and gentle manner; it is a pleasure to work with a truly nice individual whom you can trust. Highly, highly recommended! Thanks for helping us, John! more

A/C replacement (continued). 7/18/2013

Jason was the 2nd technician dispatched by T. Webber to help with installing the new A/C. Jason brought the 'new' A/C units. After arriving, before Vinnie (1st tech.) left for another job to be worked on, Vinnie and Jason reviewed what Vinnie had completed. Reviewed what needed to be done next. Reviewed parts on hand, parts needed, to be ordered. Worked hand-in hand very well together. Jason was primarily responsible for installing both units, running 'new' piping, wiring from out-side equipment to inside equipment. Connecting to power box. Entire job was tedious. Jason was meticulous in his work. Job well done. Pictures are worth a 1000 words, T. Wbber should post the pictures taken. Thanks Jason for all your hard work. more

A/C replacement 7/18/2013

Vinny was 1 of 3 technicians that would be working on replacing the a/c unit on a 93 degree day. trust me when I say it was 'hot'. He arrived before the scheduled time. Since he was not on the original call, he further assessed the work needing to be done. Vinny was delegated the job of dismantling and tearing out the 'old' unit, inside and outside of the house. A job I was happy I didn't have to assist or do. The dismantling was performed in a organized, clean, and professional manner. He didn't leave until the 2nd of 3 technicians arrived to review, discuss and turnover what needed to be done. Both technicians discussed different alternatives to installing the 'new' equipment in a way that made the house look 2013, not 1975. Thanks Vinnie. more

Courteous and skilld 5/25/2013

Joe P. (and his helper Tom N.) were professional and efficient. THey did a great job. This is the fourth or fifth time I have hired this company. I never had problems, but I am wary that each time there seems to be a push to do a little more work than is necessary. They also seem more expensive than others, but are worth for emergencies. more
