Review for Joe Rinaldi 02/11/16 2/12/2016

Joe provided outstanding affordable service at my parents home. He replaced two stem valves in a bathroom that were well over 50 years old. He was very understanding of my situation in dealing with my parents affairs as they have recently settled in an assisted living facility. He is sending me an email in regards to my parents sump pump in the basement as to future status and I would certainly look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank-you. more

Outstanding Service with a Capital O 11/20/2015

An unexpected water tank emergency developed just after noon on Wednesday. One call to T. Webber and we had Luis on the spot within the hour. (We live in the boonies). An hour after that we had a new tank sitting in our driveway and by 6 pm we were back in business!! Efficient, careful, and thoughtful service! Also thanks to Dominic and Chris who helped to get the old tank up the stairs and the new one down - it was a challenge. The proactive manner in which Luis dealt with our emergency was a shining example of how the individual people in an organization can make or break a business. more

I want to put in a review for the telephone reps and the service pro. The telephone reps have been pleasant, courteous, sociable, understanding and very helpful. When a pleasant person calls to schedule a checkup for you it makes the process much easier. While many of their calls must be routine, being treated like you are a priority makes the call worth answering. The service pro really knows his stuff. He's upfront and honest, well trained and thorough. The prior visit included Luis the assistant, he's a quite man learning the ropes from the young pro (can't call a 30 something old pro). I have had good experiences with T. Webber and will recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs plumbing and/or heating repairs. I have had both, they provide quality work with professionals who know what they are doing. more

Top Notch Plumber 10/14/2015

I had Joe Rinaldi from T. Webber Plumbing fix a Septic problem for me and he did a wonderful job. The company handled the service call in totally professional manner, with on time service on a Friday night where most plumbing companies would have waited till Monday. They sent Joe out and by Saturday afternoon my problem was solved. Joe was friendly and courteous throughout the project and left the area clean and neat. I would recommend Joe Rinaldi at T. Webber Plumbing to anyone. more

Great experience with T. Webber Plumbing 10/6/2015

6 October 2015 My boiler died several weeks ago. I called T Webber - Paul came out to inspect it and we decided I needed to get a new one installed. the process to purchase, install and then come back one time to check everything took about 10 days. From the receptionist and customer care managers (Mari and Irene) who managed the scheduling to Paul and Chris who spent a full day installing the new boiler and then re-doing the piping in a more professional manner and to T. J. (service manager) who helped me with the boiler selection....the whole process was completed seamlessly and professionally. These guys were outstanding and truly work as an integrated team. Fabulous Customer Service 10/5/2015

One of the main reasons we continue to use T Webber is because of the excellent customer service. It is rare to find a trades company that returns calls, lets you know when they will be arriving or when issues arise that delay them. Ananda embodies all the great things that come to mind when you think of customer service - caring, professional and transparent. She called us over the weekend and even followed up after office hours to make sure we knew the status of our situation and when the technician would arrive. It is a pleasure to work with Ananda - she does what she says she will do and while I cannot see her I can tell she approaches her job with a smile on her face. more

Fantastic Job! 10/5/2015

Joe did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our water pressure issue. It was reassuring to have someone listen to what we were describing even when the symptoms were not so easily replicated. I really appreciated the effort the entire team made to make sure we had the right part and the repairs could made in the allotted window. more

Great Service water heater and furnace 10/3/2015

Justin was great. We had our hot water heater serviced as well as our furnace. He explained everything to me the best he could and also did a water test. He even sent our water test out to be sure. We got the grand slam service and spent $159 have it all serviced. more

Heating system maintenance review 9/22/2015

Technician Paul was knowledgeable, polite and engaging. He explained what was needed and why. He was willing to give me more info about my heating system. In a time when providers do not take time and rush through their work Paul worked steadily answering any questions I had. He was very good about cleaning up after himself and left no mess. Fast and Complete Service 9/20/2015

T Webber is very easy to reach by phone. Have tried leaving messages for a call back over and over on other plumbers but T. Webber always has somebody answering the phone. They were here the next day and John was quick to fix the problem. Will definitely keep them in our phone book. more
