I used Suburban to send flowers for a funeral in Farmington. They delivered a beautiful arrangement, and they arrived with it during the hours I specified. Would definitely use again, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and accomodating. more

One star is over rated. Every year these people deliver gifts to an unknown neighbor instead of delivering the product to our home. Worse yet they can't even tell you where they delivered the item and they don't care. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. Sadly they are the delivery Co for Nino Salvaggio. more

I had placed an order through 800-Flowers, called 800-flowers FIRST thing in the morning to confirm that flowers would be delivered today. 800-Flowers gave me number to place where arrangements was originating from. They said that it went out this morning and was picked up by their delivery service (Suburban). I was told flowers being delivered to businesses are guaranteed before 5 pm, well here it is 4:30 pm and still no flowers delivered to my wife for Valentine's Day. So I called Suburban to inquire as to what the deal is, per owner who answered the phone? ""Our drivers have been out since 8 am this morning."" I reply my wife is supposed to leave work...now!"" Owner says, ""If she leaves work we'll deliver them tomorrow."" I reply, ""Tomorrow isn't Valentine's Day is it?"" Owner replies, ""Oh well, don't know what to tell you."" I will NEVER again give a place my business that uses this unprofessional and RUDE delivery service. I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. I'm an OTR truck driver and this was my only resort (since I'm in Missouri) to make sure she got flowers, I'm very displeased that they've shown me that if I want it done right, I have to do it myself. more

Okay this man ruined my birthday. My sister ordered cupcakes to arrive on my birthday and PAID A LOTto have them be there on that day. The driver decided he didn't feel comfortable leaving them at my house and I never got my cupcakes- understandable. BUT the worst part, was when I called for help, the owner was SO RUDE! He mocked me because I use the word ""like "" alot and told me he was going to eat my cupcakes ( not JOKING!) and then he said he was just going to send them back to Just Baked. He totally ruined my birthday. It was supposed to be the surprise for my party. This man is such a jerk and I would recommend using a different service if you want your delivery to be successful! SERIOUSLY! I hate this man and Suburban Delivery. more

Ordered through 1800Flowers, 1800Flowers confirmation email had correct recipient address. Somewhere between 1800Flowers and Suburban, the address was ""transcribed incorrectly"". Rather than call me to confirm the address, they called my wife. This completely ruined the surprise of my wife getting flowers at work on our anniversary. Once my wife called them back at 2:30pm to correct the address, Suburban said they could not deliver the flowers until the following morning. Unreal. What a waste...Not even worthy of a single star! The flower had a phone number on the receipt but delivery person did not call. Flowers were left at the foyer of apartment.Recipient walked past it several times with no clue it belonged to her. After a week she got them from the apartment manager all dried up and in stinking water. As a result she could not acknowlege the sender which put her in a bad light. I hope this doesn't happen again. When there is a phone number on receipt please call,customers want fresh lovely flowers not dried stinky ones.
