DO NOT USE STONE SOURCE! I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Michelle was my sales representative and promised a (very simple) bathroom vanity top in 5 weeks. After 8 weeks we were still waiting. No one would return a phone call or email to follow up on our timing. We even had to go in to find out what was going on. When I finally spoke to someone they gave me another week for delivery and guess what - it wasn't completed for another 2+ weeks after that. We weren't even having anything installed, just pick up. \r \r I was not able to get an answer or reply from anyone at this company for an extended period of time. We paid up front and were legitimately worried that we would never see our product. When I finally did get a hold of someone (the VP) they defended their employees actions and attitude. I can be extremely reasonable but being blown off for 4 weeks (after the 5 we patiently waited) starts to get to you. When the VP finally followed up and my vanity was done they offered me a COUPON for 10% of my next purchase. There is no way I would ever purchase something from this company again. \r \r Additionally we paid extra to have our counter-top sealed - just so you know, that doesn't involve them doing a sealer and protectant on your top (although the price tag suggests it) rather they send you home with a bottle to do yourself. I was appalled. They sold it as if it was a must have and value add, for the price.\r \r I hope this review relieves someone from this terrible establishment and they can learn from the mistakes I made. more

I cannot say more strongly, stay away from this company. They are incapable of delivering quality service from beginning to end. There are 11 registered complaints with the BBB. more

TONS of options - the best thing was having tile for my bathroom that coordinates with my vanity top - and not having to run around to 10 different places and find something that kind of works. Also had my kitchen done - within 3 weeks I had new granite counters with a specialty silk finish - LOOKS AMAZING! and an awesome backsplash! The pricing is the BEST in town.\r more

They make you pay for everything up front then don't deliver. The sales people are full of emty promises telling you they've ordered your products but don't follow through. Two months later you're still waiting with a torn up kitchen. Trying to get resolution is like chasing kittens. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Pros: Cheap Cons: Not worth it more
