I?ve been insured with Chip now for 15 years and before that with his Father for another 20 years.  The service and value we have received has been excellent and wouldn?t go anywhere else.  Even my kids who are now grown and on their own have stayed with Chip?s Agency even though they moved to South Jersey.  We highly recommend him and his friendly staff. more

I generally deal with Chip Ott?s staff for the most of my insurance questions and problems, but, in this case, dealt with Chip.  I had to fund my Life Insurance Trust and needed to purchase a substantial amount of coverage.  Chip helped me decide the proper amount of coverage, he didn?t try to sell me something I didn?t need, and actually swayed me toward a lower priced option which, in my case, really made more sense.  Even my Estate Attorney commented on how well the entire transaction was handled, and will be referring business to Chip more

I recently purchased a car and a home in Summit, NJ.\r In order not to deal with multiple insurance companies, I did some research, got some quotes from different places and decided on State Farm, partially because they have a discount for home + auto package but primarily because the agent I spoke with (Casey Petry) was extremely helpful, responsive and diligent. I cannot always talk on the phone due to the nature of my busy work schedule but she responded to my e-mails very fast too.\r I know if I have to deal with State Farm, I will not be hearing "your call is important to us", but instead will talk to someone that really gets things done. more

In my previous first floor apartment; the sewage lines backed up and flooded my entire apartment. I did not have renter?s insurance.
