I was always impressed with the service we received from Chip Ott and the woman who work with him,.  I generally don’t write things like this but felt, in this case, I should.  Last week Carole called our house because our Homeowner policy was up for renewal.  She just wanted to let us know that by increasing our deductible on our home would save $174.00 per year.  I was really nice to see someone looking out for our best interest. more

I had a wonderful experience with Casey Petry at Chip's agency while obtaining renter’s insurance. I recently moved to Chatham. In my previous first floor apartment; the sewage lines backed up and flooded my entire apartment. I did not have renter’s insurance. I know how important insurance is; however, I was always intimidated by the idea of dealing with an insurance agent and how difficult or long the process might take. Casey responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was able to work with me to get the best coverage. She took the time to make suggestions and point out areas that I might want to research before finalizing my coverage plan. Within 1 business day, I had renter’s insurance. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Casey. I am glad that I chose State Farm because of her. more

I have been a State Farm auto and Homeowner’s client for over 18 years, and, until just recently, have never had a problem.  Recently I my car was hit at the Shop Rite Parking lot.  I felt the claim rep was giving me the run around and called Chip’s office.  Next thing I know the supervisor called me up, was extremely helpful, and addressed all my concerns. It seemed chip had talked to that supervisor on my behalf.   Chip called me later to make sure that everything had been rectified.  He said, he rarely has to get involved in claims, but every once in a while they might drop the ball.  It was so nice to have an agent that really takes an interest in his clients.  I guess the saying, Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there, is for real.  I can tell you this, I’m not going anywhere! more
