I turned in my HP laser color printer to one of the staff members and he looked into it immediately. He told me it was no problem and to come back the next day. Being skeptical, I asked him if there was any fee, even if he couldn't fix it. He said there was none. The next day I found my printer ready and working, which saved my job because I need to do a lot of printing. Also, the fee was only a quarter amount of what I thought it would be.
