Fast and thorough 4/23/2013

Recently I had two of my vehicles serviced at Specialized and even though I had two cars there, I was in and out in record time and they pointed out to me that I needed tires on one vehicle and the brakes were nearing the end of their life on the other. They could have insisted that I take care of these thing immediately, like some service shops will do. But they didn't. I really like the family atmosphere at Specialized and the care they take of MY care that makes me want to come back. more

I trust these guys like I trust my family doctor. Too many times in the past I have been lied to about "problems" with m vehicle. They have proved to me for three years now that they are truly the most honest, reliable, and knowledgable mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have been telling friends and family to go here and they always leave happy! more
