service personnel were great 1/21/2014

A routine check-up/tune up revealed extensive work needed after compression check. I received prompt service replacement parts and service immediately even though there were other vehicles filling the bays. I was kept appraised of the status daily and given the options and estimates for 2 head replacements and associated parts. The completed job most certainly saved me time and money than taking the truck to the dealership repair and it was a pleasure to work with Deavon, your representative. more

Honest and Ethical prices and service 1/9/2014

Russ and his crew always go beyond the typical service and repairs. I feel protected when I take my care in for any type of service or repair. Their prices are very fair and I don't feel like I am being gouged. more

Faster Than Expected 12/19/2013

My car heater went out right in the middle of a string a days with high temperatures in the high 20's. I called Specialized and asked if the could try to work me in during the next couple days. The told me to drop of my car and they would see what they could do. Ninety minutes after dropping off the car, I got a call that the car was ready, and a new "blower motor" had been installed. The price was fair, and the service was "remarkable." more

Always great, prompt and courteous service. 11/13/2013

My family started Using Specialized Auto over 20 years ago. We have always received every service we have needed promptly from the best technicians and mechanics. If we ever had a problem it was dealt immediately with with no hassle or drama. The service and diagnosis are comprehensive and future problems can be addressed and scheduled before they become a crisis. These are my go-to guys. more

found out why the headlights weren't working properly 11/12/2013

They fixed the problem by locating it in the switch on the steering wheel which controls the headlights and the blinkers. more

Lucky to have found this place 8/22/2013

Went to Lexas dealership had terrible noise in my hatch door . They could not find the cause. Specialized auto did not give up till they did fix it for $70.00. Worth a thousand to me. They work both on my Lexas and truck. Always happy with the price and results. more
