Sparkle Auto Spa

Today I went to sparkles to get my truck washed, I have my truck washed all the time there. I paid for the extreme wash and what I received was a five dollar car wash. Mud was on my fender wells, windows were spotted and the top of my truck, hood, roof of the car, bumpers, and grill were all unacceptable. The young lady sent over the gal who is the outside manager and said that's the best they can do, so I went inside and spoke with the owners wife and she said what did the gal say outside, I told her I really didn't care I wanted her to come out and see the car, she said she was just the owners wife and refused to see the truck. I waited and a man name Roy came out a told me I was out of here, that he would'nt even look at the truck and he was tired of me complaining all the time! This was the first time I have ever complained, to be treated so rudely by this business owner in front of everyone was embarrassing. I will never set foot in this place again and ask each and everyone of you to boycott his business, they obviously only care about the money they can take from us for substandard workmanship. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Took our truck in today to get washed. First they wanted to charge us $280. Then they said $50. We paid the $50, sat in the waiting room as they took the truck for a wash. A few minutes later someone comes up and says they will not wash the truck for us. When asked why, they refused to give an answer and said we could get a refund. We said we didn't want a refund we wanted the truck washed. They proceeded to tell us,then don't get a refund just leave. Asked them again why they wouldn't wash truck, still no reason. Got the refund, went to the truck and saw they had not replaced the radio antennae they took off in order to send the truck through the wash. Asked the so called manager ROY to have someone put the antennae back on since they took it off. He refused to have anyone do it. Asked again, still refused. Told them they took it off, it is their responsibility to put it back on. ROY still refused then proceeded to say they have the right to refuse service to whoever they want and that we were asked to leave, we are now trespassing and if we don't leave he will call the police. What kind of business is this? What a joke. STAY AWAY you might get the police called on you because THEY neglected and refuse to put the antennae (they took off) back on your vehicle when asked. more

This business has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in Casa Grande. The so called Manager is the worst one in the group. I attemted to speak to the Manager in regards to not willing to wash my work vehicle due to excessive dirt. He refused to speak to me and demanded that I leave. Completely rude and total disregard to simple conversation. It is a wonder how this business is still open with horrible attitude in the service they provide. more

Longtime customer, in today & it was my 11th wash, so I got a wash for $4. Was a happy camper! But noted some grime on right side as I opened door for my wife. I asked an employee to please wipe it off. After a brief conversaton between the employee I'd spoken to and the one who'd worked on the car, I was told that the worker had tried to get it off, but it was ""hard"". Well, it wasn't hard, as I did it myself at home. I'd have been happier if they just told me to stick it, rather than blowing smoke up my butt. I've got 3 cars, but these folks won't ever see any of them again; I'm done! more

well the car wash was really good but what caught my attention was that there is a drug dealer name paco and he sells the best stuff in town. not that i do the drugs but my friend is the one who dose it and so if you are looking for some drug go to sparkle auto wash :) i hope they fire that guy who sells the drugs because my friends life is going down hill and i dont know what to tell her more
