The South Wedge's owner was a cook at the (nearby) Highland Park Diner until several years ago, when he was able to realize his dream of owning his own place. There's plenty of seating and it's normally only full during week-end breakfast times. The food is good and prices are quite reasonable. Service can be a bit lackadaisical at times, however. There's a good-sized parking lot and the hours are plentiful.
