My experience as a new paient at South Bay Dentistry and Orthodontics has been very good. The environment in the office, the professional and friendly staff and the modern technology in the office has put me at ease when normally I would be freaking out! I realize how important it is to take care of my teeth and I finally feel confident that I may be able to achieve my goal. more

I have never been to a dentist office that is so warm and gives off a sense of family like South Bay Dentistry & Ortho. I actually never intended to be a patient here but it wasn't until my partner was getting work done and I had to drive him home afterwards due to anesthesia, that I met the lovely Lucy and sparked up a conversation. The best staff in town! they made me feel comfortable and at home. The next thing I knew I made an appointment and its been a household choice for all our dentistry needs! I recommend this business to EVERYONE and their families. more

Captain Chicken here....I am terrified of Dentist and let me tell you if it was not for Lucy (front desk) who very calmly and patiently talked me thru everything.... when it was time for my follow up appointment (2 crowns and a filling) she assured me it would be ok (and she was right...)She made sure that Wendy (DR. Assistant) would not leave my side and she would help me through it all (and she did)...Some one asked Wendy to leave and she very strongly told them ""No I am not allowed to leave her side"" meaning me...That calmed me down so much knowing they put the patient 1st... and knowing that you are not a number there... they really care makes this office very comfortable.... The Dr. was so understanding and gentle and I feel so much better getting the work done (cause let's face it the smile is the first thing people see on you ..so your teeth are your greeting card) in a very nice environment...go and see for yourself great place, great prices, great people I am still a chicken but it's a lot easier to go to South Bay Dentistry & Orthodontics....Just go get your teeth fixed..... more

Every time I go in for an appointment the office is always CLEAN and organized. And there's countless issues of magazines that I love. The staff here is awesome! Always happy and smiling, and greet me each time I come in by first name! So I don't feel like just another ""patient"" here. Just the ease of the staff helps calm my nerves [I have a phobia with THE dentist, dun dun dun]. So all in all I enjoy coming here to get work done [the dentist lords know I need it HA!] more

Negative Change and Bad Service 3/27/2012

LAZY and WORST SERVICE EVER. At first the staff used to attend me really well from the Dental Assistants to the Dentist. As of recently they are just rushing things and not doing their job. They are trying to finish fast while provide you with the worst service ever. They do tell you that you are done for the day yet they did nothing. Which has a toll affect on you. I would not recommend this place until they change. I am a current customer and have been going to other dentist for a possible switch. This is sad, but it is what suites us best. Make sure you visit other Dentist in case these people are doing your job already that way you can get another recommendation or perspective whether they are doing their job. more

Customer service and professionalism at its best 3/24/2012

I have to say that the staff was very prompt and informative. The dentists are very good and professional. I did not expect the good treatment I received because I have had bad experiences (with other) dentists in the past. I recommend SouthBay dentistry & Orthodontics of Gardena to everyone!!!!!!!! more

Most Succesful and Pleasent Dentistry 1/14/2012

This is the best dentist I have been to. The staff treat me and my kids very nice they are really comfortable to be around. I have been going to this dentist for years now they are really good for cleanings and deep cleanings even when you have braces!!!! I am so excited I got refereed to this dentistry. My kids and I,are really happy to be coming here!! :) more

Best Dentist For Adults and Childrens 1/14/2012

This is the best dentist place that I have been to,including with the family. The dentist actually help me when I am in pain and you can call them when you have a question or to make an appointment. I would refer you to ask for Wendy and Dr.Gerger they are my dentist and they treat me very well in appointment wise and in treatment I really want to refer you to the best so I refer to this dentistry. more

Gentle 11/17/2011

I normally never see the dentist because of a bad experience I had as a child. But at Southbay Dentist they care and treat you nice. No one made fun of being scared to get my tooth pulled. If you ever have been to a painful dentist I strongly urge you to come and check them out here. more

I have never been a fan of the dentist, but ever since I came to south bay dentistry I have felt at home.The receptionist always remembers your name and are always polite. By the time the dentist comes you are already relaxed from the conversation the dental assistant is having with you. This is a wonderful dentist office with caring staff and gentle dentists. The Best Dental Care 8/24/2011

Me and my family get cleanings there every 3 months. We used to go to ucla dentist. Ucla is so far so we stop going there then my mom found South Bay Dentistry & Orthodontics. In there procedure they make cleaning and fealing less painful and they do such a magnificent job. Your hearing this from a 13 year old so Trust Me if your looking for professionals this is the dentist you need to go to and kids usually dont like the dentist. I used to hate going to the dentist but South Bay Dentistry & Orthodonticts is the place to be. When you go talk to Wendy and Dr.Gerger they are the best of the best. Trust me I am a kid and now I love the dentist. It is hassle free pain. Lucy Is also Good about booking around my moms schedule more

I got my smile back because of South Bay Dentistry and its staff. They follow up and show genuine concern for me. I recommend them highly. I had been looking for a good dentist since I moved here from Oakland in 1998. I belleve I don't have to look anymore.\r \r more
