So far, so good 8/20/2005

We have only used Sound Oil for a short time, but so far the experience has been just fine. They bill you over a period of a few months so it is not such a huge bill for the whole tank. We had to set an appointment with them to change the firebox and they were very easy to work with. When we had something come up and forgot to change the appointment date, they were nice and accommodating. more
