When I go for a massage, I feel as though my entire well-being is being attended to and I leave more relaxed, more aligned, and less stressed than when I arrived. A monthly appointment at Sound Body is an integral part of my health care routine. more

Best Experience EVER!!! 9/27/2013

This was my first message. It was such a great, relaxing experience. Danessa performed a whole body deep tissue massage on me. She was very professional. Her technique was perfect. I would highly recommend Danessa and Sound Bodyworks. I must also mention the facility was very clean. The atmosphere was very calming! I will definitely be a regular! more

A bit different 9/26/2013

Kehanna is new to me, after having seen Nicole several times. Her technique is different, but she very effectively dealt with my back and hip issues. Perhaps because it was my first massage, she seemed a bit formal and reserved, but that certainly did not impact the quality of the wonderful massage she gave. I'll be back :) more

She is a caring, dedicated professional who offers a personalized massage that is exceptional in every way. I can't say enough good things! Don't know what I'd do without her! more

I've Finally Found a Great Place to get a Massage! 9/9/2013

I've been searching the Selinsgrove/Lewisburg area for a quiet place to get a massage for 10 years. After being disappointed time and again by noisy salons that offer massages as one of their services, my husband found Sound Bodyworks. Last weekend, I had an appointment with Kehanna and it was perfect! It's so nice to be able to go there and know that therapy is their focus rather than an afterthought once the hair and nail business is established. more

I have been going to Julie for massage for a very long time. I love all massage, but reflexology followed by PFM with Julie is probably my favorite on the Sound Bodyworks lists of offerings. I actually consider it a part of my wellness program! When I leave, I feel like my whole body has been massaged. Wonderful therapeutic offering from a very skilled professional. more

I enjoy exercising, and I try to stretch, but nothing gets rid of those chronic aches and pains like a massage with Danessa. She has an uncanny ability to find those over-used areas and gently, but thoroughly, work out the tightness. more

I have been going to Sound BodyWorks for 7 years, primarily seeing Julie for massage and Thai Yoga bodywork. I cannot say enough about what an outstanding practice this is. From its tranquil physical design to the availability of delicious beverages and sweets, and, of course, the most important- the therapeutic services themselves, Sound BodyWorks cannot be topped. I value Julie for her caring, concern and commitment. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her colleagues. more

Can't wait to go back 6/18/2013

This was the first massage I ever had. I have a back injury and the massage helped a lot. My Dr. suggested I give this a try. Nicole makes you feel so relaxed and she made sure I was always comfortable. I wish I would have tried this a long time ago. I will be returning customer, over and over again. Just what I needed - and didn't even know! 6/12/2013

I've had two massages with Nichole. The first time, I had an injury to my lower back. Although she didn't send me out pain-free (that would have been impossible!), she did send me home on the road to a uneventful recovery. I went back yesterday for a "tune-up" and relaxation prior to a busy weekend. Nichole's massage completely relieved any tension and took me to a meditative state of relaxation. I'll be back!!! more

Hot Stone Massage 5/1/2013

Let me start by saying that I am a massage junkie. When I travel, I get a massage instead of buying souvenirs. That being said, I can honestly say that you don't have to travel out of the area to get THE best hot stone massage. What a wonderful experience to have Nicole work her magic on my tight muscles! I would recommend these for anyone. They will be a regular part of my health plan. more
