Thanks Sono Bello for helping me get back to feeling more like my old self again! After 4 kids in a short time, there was a lot more of me than I remembered & I couldn't get it all off with diet & exercise alone. I am actually not terrified to put on a swimsuit this summer!\r \r The entire staff at the Salt Lake center has been helpful, professional and kind throughout the entire process. One of the best things about the way Sono Bello does lipo is that you only need to be lightly sedated for the procedure. \r The recovery period was quick and although there is some discomfort, it's not overly painful. I'm so happy with my results that I'm going back in to have different area done soon. more

Wasn't sure how to write another ""tip"" without deleting my previous one, so I'm just writing above it! Anyway, I went back and had another area done and had a very similar experience, and I love the new location. I just want to advise you all: YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SEDATED, haha! Laser hair removal hurts a good 10x's worse....actually, laser hair removal HURTS, this didn't. The IV is worse than the entire procedure, seriously! I was nervous about not doing the pain meds before, but was SO glad I didn't, it was much more convenient for everyone, especially my DD (designated driver!), I didn't need one! Bottom line, they're good people, great service and patient care; amazing Dr. and staff, thanks again guys!\r J.B.\r \r LOVE these guys! I am extremely satisfied with sonobello of salt lake. From my initial visit all the way through to my follow up visits, I felt I could voice any concerns and any questions I had were answered. The entire staff was amazing, they truly made me feel at ease and were really great to me. I had always been curious about this type of procedure, especially after years of working out but never being able to change my shape, just became a smaller version of what I was. I had heard negative things about lipo, and risks, and was a little nervous. So I decided to go in for a consultation. They went over everything and never pressured me, I could've walked out without spending a dime, but I was so excited to finally do this for myself I booked it! They got me right in that same week, it was great, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend these guys, you'll be in good hands, they're very skilled. The experience that I had with Sono Bello was excellent. Dr. Avila M.D. & his staff were great. My results, I think, are awesome. I have been trying to get a regular exercise program going & trying to eat better so, I like the emails & information that Dr. Avila M.D. sends to me that have the links to helpful websites & tools to use. \r \r I have also enrolled in a weight training class. The class teaches about the muscles, how they work, nutrition, & exercising. With all the information, the cost for surgery & the class, & the college credit for the class, it is more motivating for me to get a life-long exercise routine & better eating habits for myself & my family. \r \r I know that I could not have rid the excess fat on my own, so thanks to Sono Bello & Dr. Avila, & his staff for making this experience confidential, comfortable, & at a cost within my means. Now it's up to me & with encouraging support from all of you, I feel so much better about myself & self image.\r \r Thank you so much, all of you are great. more

I couldn't be more happy about my results. From the front desk down to every last employee I encountered, they were all so sweet and helpful. A special shout out to \r Amy C for all her help and for her having to deal with me, the awesome nurse who couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and last but not least Dr. Christiansen for not only being an amazing Doc but being one of the sweetest and funniest people I've come in contact with! I've been so pleased with my results and experience that I'm going in again for the THIRD time to work on another area. If I could recommend any body contouring center/facility this would be the one!! more

The staff at Sono Bello are so nice and professional. The procedure was painless and I only had to miss a couple of days of work. I had some liposuction done on my arms and hips fourteen days ago and I already have family, friends and co-works (that did not know that I was getting this done) ask me if I have lost weight. I am so pleased with my results. I went to Sonobello 6 months ago for the consultation and I felt comfortable right away, the staff is amazing. My procedure went great, it was fast. I did it on a Friday afternoon and was back at work Monday morning. I am so happy with my results and so happy I made my decision to got to SonoBello. One month ago I had my first contouring session to work on my abdomen. My second session was 2 weeks later on my hips, inner and outer thighs. I'd forgotten how nice it was to look so good. The staff at Sonobello is wonderful, pleasant and very caring. I can hardly wait to see what I look like by summer. I actually look forward to putting on a swimsuit, which I never did last summer! I am so pleased with my first Venus Freeze treatment from Sono Bello. Sounds crazy, but prior to my treatment, I had my husband study my face! I, of course, see myself over and over. After the treatment there was a slight redness to my face, which went away by the time I returned home. At that point I asked my husband if he could see any visible results. I thought he would say no, but he said, ""I can definitely see some subtle results in the lines that travel from your nose to your mouth and the lines above your eyebrows."" Today, 24 hours later, you can even see additional improvement! My jowls look softer, and overall, every wrinkle has slightly softened. I am so excited to continue with treatments. I thought it sounded too good too be true, but it actually works!\r Also ... LOVE the staff! more

When I walked throught the door of Sono Bello the first time, I immediately felt the warmth and caring of the staff. My consultation was with Amy, who was very professional and she really understood my concerns. I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends. All of the staff was amazing. The day of my TriSculpt procedure, Lori explained everything to me and although I was a little nervous, she was perfect at keeping me calm and I so appreciate her kindness and demeanor! Dr. Christensen was so supportive and just the Best--Thank you soo much!! I tolerated the procedure very well! From the phonecalls to check up on me, the timely and very helpful emails along my recovery, and my first post-procedure appt with Brittany (who was so kind and understanding), I am overwhelmed at how well this has gone for me and I have to thank everyone at Sono Bello for making this possible!! I look forward to the positive changes that I am seeing post- procedure to continue out into the months to come. (I did my inner/outer thighs, and knees). My advice to other considering-- Don't wait! Go to Sono Bello!!! more

I have to say that at first I was a little worried about what I just put myself through......but OMG!!!!!! I LOVE my results!!!!! I had my upper & lower abs, inner thighs and knees done, and I would TOTALLY do it again! I am so happy with the way I look in my jeans now, and I am reminded of it every time I catch a glimpse of myself in the reflection of a store window. It's been a big time self confidence builder! I am very pleased with the doctor who performed the procedure because he totally knew what he was doing to make my troubled areas look good and did an AWESOME job at blending it all together so that I still looked proportionate. The staff has also been freaking AMAZING!!!! From my very 1st consultation a couple of years ago, to my 2nd consultation 6 months ago (which is when I finally decided to do it), to the procedure itself, to the follow up emails & visits, and to today, I have not had one single complaint about this office and it's staff! They are amazing! I would 100% reccomend this location of Sono Bello to anyone! more

I had my procedure over a year ago and it motivated me to lose over 80 pounds. I met with them to find out what I could expect, they were honest about the the loose skin I could expect but I would feel better in my clothes, and they were very right. This has absolutely been the greatest self improvement ever. I am almost 5 months post surgery and loving to look in the mirror -side view- what a difference. I had upper and lower abs along with waist and hips. At age 55, having moved over 15 times as a military wife, it is always an adjustment to begin over and over again with working out and finding friends and setting a routine, the hectic life has taken a toll on my body and self image. I can already tell this is the jump start I needed and look forward to comments from friends and family who have no idea I spent just a couple hours at Sonobello with friendly and lovely ladies attending Dr. Christensen.
