Six Flags has a lot of attractions for all ages. The lines can be very long at times. The food is horrible and over prices. The parking is ridiculous, it cost over $10.00 to park your car. Six Flags Darien Lake needs to lower the admission price, get rid of parking fee, and drastically improve the quality of the food in order to make the park a more family oriented park. Other parks in the Western New York are more family friendlier that Six Flags Darien Lake. more

A Great Day! 8/30/2005

This theme park has anything a person could want. They have a great water ride area for those who want to stay cool, and they also have great roller coasters and rides for those who want to stay dry. The lines can occasionally get long, which can be annoying, but you'll get that wherever you go. There is also a great kids section, so they can have a great time too! I would recommend packing lunches though, eating in the park is pretty ridiculous. The park is about 45 minutes to an hour west of Rochester, and not difficult to get to by any means. Parking can also be a bit ridiculous, so I would also recommend getting there early. more
