I was absolutely thrilled to see Ballard Sip & Ship was open at 6:30 pm one Saturday after finding out the neighboring FedEx Kinkos was closed. I needed to print an assignment for class the following Monday. I was greeted by a young smiling guy who informed me that they do print!\r
\r
Then an older guy, not so smiley said ""Oh from your email? We can't do that"" after Mr. Smiley asked Mr. Grumpy if I could email it to them from my laptop I was up and running.\r
\r
I sent the email, and looked around the cute shop while I waited. I asked Mr. Grumpy who seemed to be the owner how much it was to print per page, he said $0.25/ page. I was okay with that so I continued to wait.\r
He finished printing them and handed all 40 pages to me. He said there wasn't a page counter (he didn't want to count them) and estimated it to be 41, he was only off by one.\r
\r
But then I looked at my document and the printer had mangled the tops of the pages, creating a little fold in the middle of each sheet. I showed the problem to Mr. Grumpy explaining that I had to turn them in. He said well I didn't know you had to turn them in... the printer does that sometimes. You will just have to get it photo copied somewhere, you might try Kinkos.\r
\r
I left and in the car noticed my receipt also had an extra $2 charge for ""packing materials"" which I didn't purchase.\r
