Took the ferry from Sausalito to San Francisco and people working for Ferry told me to try Sinbad's on the water. Went there and their recommendation was right. I couldn't belie...

My friends and I tried this place last weekend and we will never ever go back! Sindbad's has to be the WORST seafood restaurant in the city. The service was terrible - this holds ...

Avoid Brunch at all costs! 11/25/2005

My friend and I went to Sinbad's on Thanksgiving day for brunch because nothing else was open. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The first plate has the eggs cooked all the way through, so I sent it back. When they brought out a new plate, the english muffins were soaking in oil or butter. It was disgusting. I sent the english muffins back and they brought out another two still soaking in oil. When I got the bill, they had not taken off the eggs benedict. I couldn't believe it. I asked the manager of the restaurant to take it off the bill and he said ""well, did you eat any of it"". I couldn't believe it. He ended up only taking off a portion because I actually ate the egg. I will never go back and I strongly suggest you avoid this restaurant as well! more

Do not be misled!! 7/9/2005

My husband and I should have got up and left after seeing so many dissatisfied looking customers hurrying out. It was a horrible eating experience for folks appreciate fine cuisine! The menu is misrepresenting. The ""fried clams"" are merely BREADED CLAM STRIPS! at $8.50 for the appetizer. The entree comes with day old looking wilted slivered zuchini and carrots, but plenty of tartar sauce! Expect to pay a large amount of money and be impolitely ripped off for it! You work hard for your money, spend it somewhere you'll get what you paid for. more

Fantastic 1/12/2005

Sinbads is our favorite restaurant. teh view is the best in all San Francisco looking at Treasure Island and teh Bay Bridge while being perched on the water. last Time and my wife ate there we saw two liners pass by our table. The food is always good and fresh while being reasonable. Can't wait to go back. more
