Great Services & Classes! 5/7/2012

I've been to this store 3 times now; twice to shop and once for a class. The first two times I went, the manager and her assistants were very helpful, including helping me choose coordinating fabrics for a project I was working on and giving me advice on how to finish it. All this help even though it was information they usually offer during a class - very generous! I just attended a class to make a bag last weekend along with a good friend, and we had a great time. Both of us are new to sewing, and Kathleen (the owner and instructor of the class) was very patient and helpful. I can't wait to try another class now! more

POOR SERVICE, POOR SELECTION 3/18/2008

This fabric store may have a moderate selection of fabrics, but very weak in notions, sewing supplies, and related sewing products. More importantly, however, with the exception of one employee named Dot, the service people here were some of the rudest and most discourteous, sarcastic, unhelpful group I have ever encountered. This is the first review of a store, restaurant, hotel, etc., good or bad, that I have ever written. That is how bad the service is!
