We tried LAX curbside valet for the first time about a month ago with a company called, LAX Park. The service is extremely convenient, especially if you have a large group on tow and a lot of luggage. They were very professional. Always searching for a better deal, I found Seatop which advertised a rate that was $5 cheaper per day. But when I called to ask a question about the service and reserve, the gentleman on the phone told me that he didn't have time and didn't need my business. Then he hung up on me! What compels a business owner to treat potential customers like this? If this is the way this company deals with me before they have my money, I can only imagine how poor their service will be once they do. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. Give your business to someone once is actually nice to their customers. BTW, the other companies, LAX Park and LAX Park Place, charge between $14.95-$18.95/day. Good luck!
