I took my daughter here for her first check-up when she was 3 years old. We liked the decor when we walked in, but the lobby area is pretty small. He has it set up where all the patients are in the open. One good thing is that there are TVs on the ceiling for the kids. When it was my daughter's turn to sit in the chair to start her check-up, she got scared and started crying. The dental hygienist that was tending to us didn't know how to talk to kids and didn't make her feel very comfortable and actually talked down to her. She then proceeded to step aside about ten feet from me and made a personal phone call on her cell phone and I heard her use curse words! Not very professional if you ask me. Once Dr. Scoma finally saw her, he was really nice and just counted her teeth, but nothing else happened. Unfortunately, due to our bad experience here, we will never return.
